MarketTools launches co-creation communities

Online communities bring marketers and customers together for idea generation

US-- MarketTools is now offering online co-creation communities where clients can get together with consumers to develop ideas.


The San Francisco-based firm claims its Idea Networks bring together “the diverse perspectives of employees, customers and consumers” to generate ideas, and identify and refine the ones with the best chance of success.

Stuart Taylor, vice president of insights for North Atlantic consumer products at Kimberly-Clark, said: “Game-changing ideas come from the coalescence of knowledge and insight from sources throughout an organisation, from those managing production lines to those intimately studying the consumer, and across functions, from finance to operations to marketing.”
